Lucille threw bits of bread into the shimmery water, watching the animals gobble it up. Her sun hat was pulled down ver her eyes, hiding her bun. White gloves covered her pale skin, matching her light pink dress.

Andy walked quietly into the area, looking around. It took a moment before he spotted the girl.

Lucille threw some more bread into the water, giggling as a bird landed on her hand and began pecking at the crumbs.

She jumped, a bit startled that she wasn't the only one at the pond. "Hello," she said with a curt nod.

She held out her hand. "Would you like to feed the fish with me?" She asked, smiling at the boy. She had a strong French accent.

"Sure," Andy agreed with a smile, sitting down by the pond and scattering some of the offered crumbs for the fish. "My name's Andy by the way. And you?"

"Oh you're from here? That's pretty cool. I'm from France. I was a singer there. I've traveled all around the world and seen so many things." She looked up at the moon, imagining all the things she's seen.
