Anita sighed softly in irritation as she walked along the streets of the dark side of discord, making one sweeping motion of her hand at the lamp posts. This caused an electric blue light with a golden hue illuminate the street. "You'd think that Jackson would make this place a bit better due to having a child." Anita scoffed as she smiled at her work, tugging at her coat closer to her body.

The sudden presence of light made Pitch's skin crawl. The reason the Darkside was his favorite place was because it was naturally dark here. "Where did that damned light come from?" He muttered in irritation, quickly snuffing the glow. "It doesn't belong here."

Anita raised an eyebrow as her beautiful illuminating light had been extinguished in a matter of seconds. "Now that's a bit rude," she said sternly, before snapping her fingers with a light smirk. For someone to snuff out her light, they had to be a fan of the darkness.

Pitch didnt see who was making the light appear, but he wasn't happy about it. His head was already beginning to pound from the brightness. He shattered the light bulb, covering he lamp post with black sand. He was standing in the shadow of a tree.

Anita scowled softly at this, her eyes glowing blue slightly as she scanned the area for the source of the darkness. She quickly found it as she vanished and appeared on a branch above Pitch. "Is my light really such a bother that you snuff it out?"

"Actually, yes," he snapped at her looking up to meet her eyes, "This is called the Dark side for a reason. Your light isn't needed here."

Anita rolled her eyes lightly at the boogeyman's attitude towards her light. "Is that so? I don't see any rules around saying that." she pointed out sharply, snapping her fingers. Miniature blue glowing balls of light floated around the air, throughout the street.

Pitch clenched his fists, glaring at Anita. She was clearly doing this to annoy him. "Seriously? Is that necessary? Because I don't think it is."

Anita slightly giggled as she sensed the anger radiating off of Pitch. "Oh calm down. Is it too bright for you, perhaps I can change it to a dimmer color~." With a wave of her hand, the ball of light dimmed a bit into a slight red color.

Pitch cleared his throat, taking a deep breath to calm down. "That's better I guess. Though I still don't understand why there has to be light at all. If you wanted light, why didnt you go somewhere that had some." He recognized the witch, although he didnt yet acknowledge her. He wasn't sure of where they stood. He didnt want to deal with another hostile ghost. He wasn't in the mood.

Anita watched with amused eyes as male cleared his throat and tried to calm down by taking a deep breath. "I also do quite enjoy the darkness as well. But I do like the light too." She paused for a moment as her eyes swept across the streets. "Besides I chose to come here because I do enjoy walking along this side of town. With my own personal light show filling the streets." Anita added with a light smile, glancing down at Pitch. She tilted her head slightly down at him. "Really think I'm hostile like my husband?"

"I don't rightfully know at the moment," he admitted, looking away from her. He moved his hand, casting an array if different shadows along the ground, an ash-like substance raining from the sky. It glittered like snow, making little piles on the ground. "This is my favorite place to be. The darkness fuels my powers and makes me stronger."

Anita chuckled lightly at this answer, before looking up at the sky at the ash like substance raining down. "I won't be hostile to you unless you hurt my son." she stated bluntly, reaching out and touching the ash-like substance with her fingertips. Anita told herself to keep note of Pitch being his strongest when in darkness. "How did you come to with these powers?"

"For the final time, I'm not going to hurt Nolan! If I were to, I would personally ask you to end my existence. That is how strongly I feel." He paused for a long while, watching the ash fall to the earth. "I acquired them a long while ago when I became the guardian of nightmares. It's a burden to have these powers but I didnt have a choice in the matter. People should be more appreciative considering without me, the nightmares would run ramped, terrorizing everyone. I keep them under control."

"I'll take that in consideration. But I think torture would be a better choice." Anita stated in a sweet, sickly tone. She'd give Korso the reward of killing Pitch if anything ever happened to Nolan. Anita's eyes flickered back down at Pitch, seemingly intrigued. "Oh? The guardian of nightmares?"
